Two Rock Technologies (Two Rock Guns) sells firearms on Gunbroker.com and GunsAmerica.com.  Below are our on line policies.  We have our own firearm website at www.tworockguns.com, stop by.  Remember, if you don't see what you want, call us at (603) 948-2212 or email us your want to dalevine@tworocktech.com.  We will find it and quote you a price.

All auctions are for items currently in stock. We reserve the right to end any auction early but only when the auction has no bids. We do use actual photos of the item and will use a stock photo on occasion. Unless otherwise stated, the item pictured is the item you will receive.

We do not accept trades.  We will ship to C&R holders but only eligible C&R firearms.

It is your responsibility to know your state's laws and regulations before bidding. If in doubt, call your local gun shop! Do not bid unless you can own what you are bidding on where you live.

We are enrolled in the CFLC system and will ship qualifying firearms to any eligible FFL in California.

If you are the winning bidder, you will receive a confirmation email containing the information for the next step of the transaction.

Layaway your purchase for up to three months! We do not charge layaway fees or interest, and there is never a penalty for paying off an item early. Before you bid, contact me to make arrangements, not all items are layaway eligible. Item will ship once final payment is received. Typical layaway is 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days and remainder 30 days after that. Failure to complete layaway payment schedule will forfeit the 1/3 down.

Looking for something we don't have listed? Send me an email with as many details as possible (the manufacturer's item number is very helpful). If we don't have it in stock, I'll be happy to quote you a price for ordering the item.

We take special orders for only a 10% deposit. When the item arrives, you can choose to pay the remaining balance or place the item in layaway (in which case the 10% order deposit will be applied to the1/3 down payment).

The 10% deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable (unless the item is no longer in production or available).                          

US Postal Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks are preferred. Visa or MasterCard are accepted with a 3% credit card fee added to the total sale amount (what you see is the cash price). Personal and business checks will not be accepted.

Payment must be received within 10 calendar days.

A copy of the transfer agent's FFL is due with the first payment.

We do not currently charge sales tax.

Flat rate cost includes shipping, handling, and insurance plus delivery confirmation. $30 is typically charged for handguns and $35.00 to $55.00 for long guns. Special rates apply to Hawaii and Alaska typicall $100.00.

No shipments outside the USA.

Once payment and FFL (if applicable) is received, your purchase will ship within two - three business days but usually sooner.All firearms will be shipped directly to an FFL in the buyer's state of residence and will require an adult signature upon delivery.All items ship FedEx or USPS mail with insurance.

New Firearms: Before accepting the transfer from your FFL, thoroughly inspect the firearm to ensure it is functioning properly and is free of any cosmetic blemishes.

After inspection you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, DO NOT finalize (complete) the transfer. Have your FFL contact us immediately for instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return shipments of new firearms must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the circumstance of why the firearm is being returned. The customer is generally responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

After accepting the transfer from your FFL, it will be your responsibility to contact the manufacturer to resolve any issues that may arise. We will not accept returns on new firearms once the transfer has been completed.

Used Firearms: All used firearms are sold as is with no returns.
