Don is a Senior Executive with over 35 years of experience in US and International accounting, finance, business management, business development, mergers and acquisitions and public private partnerships. Specializing in project financing and economic evaluations.

His specialties include Waste-to-Energy, Public Private Partnerships, Water and Waste Water Treatment, Pulp and Paper, and Mining Project Management from a business management and financial viewpoint.
